Identification
All clients seeking to sell precious metals or luxury assets to BullionX Group must present a valid, government-issued photo identification. We reserve the right to verify legal residency and age before entering into any transaction.
Transaction Verification
- All metals undergo non-destructive XRF spectroscopic analysis to verify purity.
- Precision scale measurements are calibrated to international standards.
- Verification of hallmarks and authenticating documentation for luxury jewelry is required.
Pricing & Final Sale
All offers are tied to real-time global spot prices and are valid only at the time of the presentation. Once a transaction is completed and the payout is issued, the sale is final. We do not offer returns or buy-backs of items sold to us.
Anti-Fraud & Compliance
BullionX Group operates in full accordance with Florida Secondhand Dealer and Secondary Metals Recycler requirements. We report suspicious activity and cooperate with local law enforcement to ensure all assets acquired are obtained legally.
Limitation of Liability
BullionX Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
Privacy & Operations
- We respect the complete privacy of our high-volume clients and maintain data security for all transaction records.
- Appointments are mandatory; walk-ins are not permitted to ensure a private environment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
